A good review of Ticonderoga Online Issue 9 has just gone up at Horrorscope, available here:

The second offering is Martin Livings’s Dwar7es. Livings is well know for his dark, and often, tormented fiction. Of late, his work seems to be turning in a different direction; “Dwar7ves” is a good example of this. I’m not going to give you any details, for they would simply spoil the cleverness of this story. Some may claim that it’s slightly predictable, but I think that’s just part of the charm of the tale.

Okay, so it ain't exactly glowing (thanks, azhure!), but it's fair enough, it was a minor piece. Shane's story, on the other hand, gets drooled over. Maybe I should go and read it, one day when I'm not so damn busy with this stoopid novel!

If it's any consolation, and it probably isn't, I've read a lot of your work and always enjoyed it. I think you're right at the top of Western Australian SF authors. Mr Cummings, otoh, I find quite over-rated, not least by himself.
