And yeah, it was... good. Very good. Overly long, and gratuitously violent, but an incredibly faithful adaptation of the brilliant graphic novel. They said it was unfilmable, and they were arguably correct, but nonetheless, I enjoyed the 160 minutes. And hey, long movies are good value for money these days. ;)
On another Sunday-is-funday note, I got a new computer desk today. It looks brand new, barely a scratch on it, and is exactly what I needed to replace my enormous office desk I've had for over a decade. And it cost...
Nothing. Just the elbow grease it took to push it back to our house from down the street. I love household junk collection week! :)
