Is this beating me in the 'we're not actually competing' sense? ;-)

And for the record, I've gone way off track and am making scenes up as I go along. Right now the plot is turning into Lost meets Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I'm treating my plot outline like all that well-meaning advice to give up full cream milk and chocolate .. ie. I told it to f*ck off, because it's my life and I'll do whatever I want ;-)
