BTW, I just saw the Swancon draft programme's been released, but I don't see the 2012 launch in there. Is it part of the Ticonderoga launch?

Can you at least give a clue which day it'll be on? We can only come for one day, apart from the awards night. I'd love to be there for it. If it's Friday, that'd be good, since it looks like the best full day (apart from Sunday, which I can't go for, Easter with the family unfortunately!).
