The graphic novel, The Arrival, by Shaun Tan, won the Community Relations Commission (CRC) Literary Award for 2007.
It couldn't be more deserving. The Arrival is easily the best book I've read this year, or even in recent years, in any genre. And it couldn't be going to a nicer guy.
